Job Overview

Chronosphere is looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you will create clear, engaging, and technically accurate documentation that supports both product usability and student learning outcomes. You will work closely with product managers, technical staff, and subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience of learners and users.

Your primary focus will be on user guides, tutorials, technical blogs, and educational content that enhance understanding and improve the overall learning experience at Chronosphere.

Key Responsibilities

· Developing technical documentation: Write instruction manuals, user guides, white papers, tutorials, and online help documentation.

· Creating learning-focused content: Craft technical articles, blog posts, and structured educational material that explains core computing concepts.

· Collaborating with teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and faculty to gather accurate information and ensure high-quality documentation.

· Translating technical concepts: Simplify complex ideas into clear, accessible content for both beginners and advanced learners.

· Ensuring quality: Proofread, edit, and revise content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

· Supporting usability: Ensure content supports learning goals, improves user experience, and aligns with Chronosphere’s mentorship framework.

· Maintaining content: Regularly update and enhance materials to reflect the latest product changes, industry practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related computing discipline. Graduation Year: 2025.

· Experience: 0–2 years of experience in technical writing, blogging, or related content creation (fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios are encouraged to apply).

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs. Familiarity with Markdown, Git, or content management tools is a plus. Strong understanding of core computing concepts (programming, databases, web technologies).

· Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple, engaging way. Ability to adapt content to different audiences (students, professionals, developers).

· Soft Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to clarity and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
