Responsibilities:
Researching and simplifying complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
Collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather accurate technical information.
Creating user manuals, guides, and online help documentation to support software users.
Conducting thorough reviews and edits to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all documentation.
Updating and maintaining existing documentation to reflect software updates and changes.
Assisting in the development of training materials, tutorials, and knowledgebase articles.
Staying abreast of industry trends and continuously refining writing skills to deliver high-quality content.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
