Technical Content Writer

Experience - 4-6 years

Location - Noida / Haridwar

Preferred - Immediate Joiner up to 15 days

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who is capable of translating complex technical information into engaging, well-structured contenttailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Areas of focus will include user guides, API documentation, tutorials, release notes, and blog posts.

Key Competencies

• Proficiency with authoring tools (Microsoft Word & CMS Platforms)
• Solid grasp of inline visuals/infographic creation
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, architecture docs, API specs, release notes, etc.)
• Work closely with SMEs—engineers, developers, product managers—to gather and validate information
• Develop content in multiple formats: textual guides, diagrams, infographics, help sections, and training materials
• Maintain information architecture, apply content strategy best practices
• Collaborate with product, QA, and support to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in technical writing/content creation—preferably in software, SaaS, or IT
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
