Role Overview: You will play a vital role in creating high-quality technical content for various mediums at Blue Data Consulting & IT Services Pvt Ltd. in Noida. Your responsibilities will include developing, writing, and editing technical documents like user manuals, developer guides, and FAQs. Working closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers, you will translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content tailored to different audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, write, and edit technical documents such as user manuals, developer guides, and FAQs. - Translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content for different audiences. - Create SEO-friendly blog posts, white papers, and case studies to support digital marketing efforts. - Update existing content based on new features and customer feedback. - Ensure consistency in style, tone, and format across all technical materials. - Assist in the creation of visual content like diagrams and infographics. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of technology. - Excellent writing skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts. - Previous experience in technical content development preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role. Additional Company Details: The position is full-time and permanent, based in Sector 62, Noida. Working hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The work mode is in-office, and candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
