Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers on Creo software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration, data management, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for customer-facing services.
Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions, knowledge base articles, and training materials for internal use by the service desk team.
Analyze complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Job Requirements :

5-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Creo software administration.
Strong understanding of Creo Parametric modeling tools and ability to configure complex models accurately.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
Experience working in an IT environment with exposure to various operating systems, hardware configurations, and network protocols.
