Job Title

: SAP CRM Technical Consultant As an SAP CRM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the technical solutions meet business requirements and enhance customer relationship management processes. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP CRM solutions using SAP ABAP, Web UI, and other relevant technologies. - Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze CRM requirements. - Customize and enhance the SAP CRM system to meet business needs. - Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support for SAP CRM solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM processes and functionalities. - Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM processes and configurations. - Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working with SAP CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and principles. - Proven experience in developing and customizing SAP CRM solutions using ABAP, Web UI, and other relevant technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - SAP CRM certification is a plus. Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA. - Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM). - Experience in the manufacturing industry. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
