Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd is looking for Technical Cell - QMS to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey QMS Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards and organizational objectives. Ensure alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization. Documentation and Record Management: Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records. Establish and maintain a systematic document control process. Audits and Inspections: Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits to assess compliance with QMS standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with relevant departments to address audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QMS and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions as needed. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure awareness and understanding of quality standards and processes across the organization. Foster a culture of quality and compliance through communication and education. Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies within the QMS to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to quality and compliance. Work collaboratively to establish and maintain a risk management framework. Change Control: Manage the change control process to assess and control changes that may impact the QMS. Ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and effective manner. Customer Feedback and Complaints: Oversee the handling of customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and preventive action implementation.
