Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical & Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Amdocs Development Center India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations and business management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the development center's technical operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of technical operations, including software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Agile or Scrum.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, with experience in business operations and strategy development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
