Responsibilities: Ensure/perform business requirements analysis activities Conduct workshops with product owners and business stakeholders to gather business requirements Analyze and challenge business requirements Study impact of new requirements on application Prepare application roadmap based on requirements gathered Translate requirements into functional use case and specification documents Coach development team on functional requirements and design Perform application (functional) testing and prepare test strategy documents Ensure functional quality and stability of application in production Jira tools knowledge Test Automation and business cases using TDD & BDD Profile Required: Experience Required: 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance domain Mandatory Skills: Banking experience is a must Good understanding of OTC & Listed financial products Experience/Knowledge in Private Banking and Credit Risk management domain is a strong positive Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods Experienced in Backlog Management, Prioritization & user stories creation Testing/Business validation experience is a must
