Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into

  functional and technical specifications

  for development teams.
• Perform

  data analysis using SQL

  to validate requirements, support decision-making, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and testers in an

  Agile/Scrum environment

  .
• Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation including

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows

  .
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and sprint planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , preferably in technical/IT projects.
• Strong

  business analysis skillset

  including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
• Strong

  analytical thinking

  and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in

  documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Office Suite, etc.)

  .
• Good knowledge of

  SQL

  for querying, validation, and analysis.
• Experience working in an

  Agile/Scrum delivery model
