Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams to elicit and document business and functional requirements.
Documentation & Process Mapping:
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Solution Evaluation & Testing Support:
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and cases.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data trends, generate insights, and create dashboards/reports.
