The Technical Business Analyst role supports critical operations across process improvement, data platform engineering and automation, cost management, and infrastructure operations while contributing to the customer's strategic vision of expanding EDP data entitlement to 82%.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and automation
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Quicksight, or similar)
Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization principles
