Technical

4-10 years of experience in
Defined Benefits (DB)
domain.
Strong knowledge of
RKS
or
BA7
platform preferred.
Good understanding of
pension administration, benefit calculations, compliance testing
, and DB operations.
Ability to
analyze and document business and functional requirements
.
Translate business needs into clear
functional and technical specifications
.
Perform
impact and gap analysis
, identify dependencies, and support decision-making.
Prepare
BRD/FSD documents
and work closely with developers for implementation.
Conduct
system testing, regression testing
, and support
UAT
to ensure quality delivery.
Use
SQL
for data validation and backend verification.
Prepare and maintain
process documentation, release notes, and reports
.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal/external).
Knowledge of
SDLC
