Job Description

Job Summary:

Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business teams and development/QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
Understand, analyze, and document business and system requirements (functional and non-functional).
Translate requirements into
user stories, process flows, and other requirement artifacts
.
Create and review user stories to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain and prioritize the
product backlog
in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Resolve queries raised by the development and QA teams promptly.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for workflow improvement.
Execute
RESTful APIs
using tools such as Postman or Swagger, and analyze the responses.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in
requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis
.
Proficiency in
database querying (SQL)
for data validation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with
API testing tools
like Postman and Swagger to create and validate
XML and JSON requests
.
Ability to work with
XML and JSON datasets
effectively.
Experience creating and maintaining
JIRA boards
and
Confluence documentation
.
Strong understanding of
project management practices
and agile methodologies.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
.
Familiarity with
basic security vulnerabilities
in internet-facing applications.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
.
Exposure to
automation tools
for API testing and requirement traceability.
