Technical BA- Finance

Role Overview: At Zendesk, as an IT Business Systems Analyst, Configuration, your role will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders to enhance the integration of technology and operations across various functional areas. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SaaS Finance tools while transforming business requirements into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and Maintain SaaS Tools: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of various SaaS applications such as Netsuite, Coupa, and Brex to ensure alignment with business operations and best practices. - Resolve tickets related to system access requests and configuration updates in finance tools, collaborating with requesters for prompt and accurate resolutions. - Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide resolutions. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configuration changes for future reference. - Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for technology solutions. - Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure clear communication and alignment during the implementation of solutions. - Apply Agile Practices: Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to continuous improvement, and promote agile principles throughout the team. - Leverage AI Tools for Enhancement: Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline requirements gathering and documentation processes. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing: Define acceptance criteria, develop test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Support Change Management Initiatives: Guide business partners through changes brought by new technology implementations, assist in training, user support, and post-implementation feedback loop. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in system configuration for finance systems. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on SaaS applications like Netsuite, Coupa, Brex, etc. - Experience in configuring and maintaining SaaS platforms and familiarity with best practices. - Practical experience applying agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong skills in requirements development, Jira or similar project management software, and effective communication. - Collaborative attitude promoting a supportive work culture and a growth mindset for continuous personal and professional development.
