Hands-on knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and correlation/regression techniques is required, along with proficiency in analytical tools like Python, R, SQL, or SAS, and dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, are also necessary. Experience working with structured/unstructured data from CRM, sales, and marketing systems, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills are important qualifications for this position.
