You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of analytics projects related to sales performance, marketing ROI, and promotional effectiveness. Your role will involve leading the execution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and correlation-based analytics to identify key sales and marketing drivers. Collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions will be a key aspect of your job. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related fields with at least 6+ years of experience in business analytics, including 2+ years in a project management role. Hands-on knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and correlation/regression techniques is required, along with proficiency in analytical tools like Python, R, SQL, or SAS, and dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, are also necessary. Experience working with structured/unstructured data from CRM, sales, and marketing systems, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills are important qualifications for this position.
