Job Description

Position Overview

Technical Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and commission smart home automation systems based on project requirements.
Work with control platforms such as
KNX
,
Crestron
,
Basalte,

Control4
,
Elan
,
RTI
, or
Lutron
.
Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to interpret system drawings and specifications.
Perform on-site system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.
Support installation teams in configuring devices such as lighting controls, AV systems, HVAC, and motorized shades.
Provide technical support for service issues post-installation.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the home automation industry.
Proficiency in one or more automation platforms:
KNX
,
Basalte,

Crestron
,
Control4
,
Elan
,
RTI
, or
Lutron
.
Strong understanding of smart lighting, multi-room audio, networking, and system integration.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and system layouts.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Kolkata
.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in KNX or any of the mentioned platforms will be a strong plus.
Exposure to luxury residential or hospitality automation projects.
