  • Ability to interpret

    technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specs

  • Experience with

    SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and preventive maintenance procedures

  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as

    Adobe Captivate, Adobe FrameMaker, and MS Word

    .
  • Familiarity with

    S1000D, JSG 0852:2019 ATA iSpec 2200

    , or similar standards (if applicable)
  • Skilled in

    clear, concise, and safety-focused documentation

  • Collaboration with

    engineering, QA, and support teams

  • Knowledge of

    equipment lifecycle and maintenance workflows

  • Experience with

    eLearning/CBT content development tools

    is a plus.
