Position description: Maintain overall smooth functioning of the department

Primary Responsibilities: Operational:

• Monitor the day-today operations & maintenance of utility
• Responsible for the operation & maintenance of the utilities
• Hands on experience on Operation and maintenance of ammonia based screw type refrigeration plants -capacities -100 TR TO 400 TR, all type cooling towers, Air compressors, Air dryers, Coal FBC Boiler cap 10 to 30 TPH, coal handling plant, DM plant, Daikin R134a chiller etc.
• Maintain the water balance & the steam generation reports
• Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production.
• Issue work approval for the modifications and execution of specific activities
• Preparation and execution of preventive maintenance of utilities
• Take appropriate actions on the problems arising in the shifts
• Monitor the utility parameters
• Execute the projects regarding the utility.
• Ensure to follow 100% safety norms to achieve zero breakdown
• To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• Report any near miss/ incident or any non-compliance
• To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the senior
