Job Description

Weigh, mix, granulate, dry, mill, sieve, and blend raw materials using SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). Monitor process variables like temperature, mixing time, humidity, and binder addition to ensure consistency.
Perform in‑process checks, collect and analyze samples, adjust parameters as required, and ensure outputs satisfy size, moisture, and content uniformity specifications while complying with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare, clean, and sanitize equipment between batches; perform changeovers, calibrations, routine inspections, and minor troubleshooting; escalate maintenance issues when needed.
Follow EHS protocols and wear PPE as required. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, and participate in safety audits and deviation investigations.
Coordinate with QA/QC, supervisors, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Provide guidance to junior operators and help implement lean/5S initiatives.
