Technical Assistant- Wet Lab

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with diagnostic lab partners to ensure the smooth functioning of infectious disease tests. This involves working closely with partners to ensure timely upgrades to the tests and providing technical support when needed. Your role will also involve documenting all activities related to these partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Work with diagnostic lab partners to facilitate the functioning of infectious disease tests - Ensure timely upgrades to the tests in collaboration with partners - Liaise with partners to provide technical support as required - Document all activities related to partnerships Qualifications Required: - MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology - Experience in DNA Extraction & RT PCR - Ability to quickly prioritize and execute tasks - Good oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong documentation skills - Willingness to work in compulsory rotation shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) - 6 days working with a rotational week off In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure by working with one of the leading companies in genomics. You will also acquire experience in working with advanced sequencing technology in the diagnostic industry, including NGS, WGS, Nanopore, and Illumina. Furthermore, you will develop skills in troubleshooting during sequencing processes.
