Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate all communications on behalf of the Chairman, including managing calls, responding to emails, and liaising with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Facilitate effective coordination with agchem regulatory bodies and government departments, ensuring timely submission of official documents, compliance with statutory requirements, and diligent follow-up on critical matters.
• Manage the Chairmans travel arrangements and accompany him during domestic site visits to manufacturing facilities, government meetings, and official events, providing on-ground support and ensuring proper documentation and follow-through on action items.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and drafting correspondence.
• Draft and prepare internal and external documentssuch as reports, proposals, presentations, and letterson behalf of the Chairman.
• Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal teams, coordinating meetings at the Head Office and regional levels, and facilitating communication with the Management Team and Heads of Departments (HODs).
• Prepare and manage both oral and written communications for the Chairman, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal, financial, and operational documents, ensuring accurate documentation and secure record-keeping.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 6 years of experience

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
