Key Responsibilities: Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance Assist in daily upkeep of property systems and utilities Coordinate with vendors or contractors when needed Maintain logs of repairs and service schedules Ensure safety and compliance standards are met Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance Basic tools and troubleshooting knowledge Good communication and reporting skills
