Technical Architect - Salesforce Sales Cloud

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is seeking Salesforce Sales Cloud Professionals with 10-13 years of experience to lead the design and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional, you will define technical standards, best practices, frameworks, methodologies, reference architecture, and design patterns for the development and implementation of the technical solution. Your role will involve providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, participating in architecture and design reviews, identifying and mitigating technical debt, conducting research on emerging technologies, and mentoring Junior Technical Architects in the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. - Define technical standards, best practices, frameworks, methodologies, reference architecture, and design patterns for the development and implementation of the technical solution. - Create and maintain technical documents such as architectural diagrams, system documentation, and standard operating procedures. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to defined best practices and standards. - Participate in architecture and design reviews to identify and address technical risks and issues early in the development lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate technical debt and other technical issues that impact the performance and maintainability of software systems. - Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve existing systems and processes. - Establish standards, best practices, frameworks, methodologies, and reference architectures and implementations for Technical, Business, and Industry solutions. - Groom and mentor Junior Technical Architects in the team. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of system design principles and ability to independently design moderately complex systems. - Knowledge and experience in implementing technical architectures that meet basic business requirements. - Expert knowledge of architecture Industry tools & frameworks with accreditation/certification in relevant areas. - Proficiency in software design patterns and principles, version control systems, basic DevOps concepts, testing methodologies and tools, and writing clean, maintainable code following best practices. - Behavioral competencies including accountability, agility, collaboration, customer focus, communication, driving results, and conflict resolution.,
