Job Title: Technical Architect Java / Node.js Experience: 10 to 15 Years Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in either Java or Node.js to lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in backend development, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and development efforts for enterprise-grade applications using Java or Node.js. Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Review code, troubleshoot performance issues, and conduct technical mentoring for engineering teams. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks that align with business needs. Own end-to-end technical design documentation and architecture diagrams. Participate in solutioning, estimations, and client technical discussions. Required Skills and Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in an architectural role. Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (Express/NestJS) . Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices , and event-driven architecture . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes . Solid knowledge of CI/CD , DevOps practices , and monitoring/logging tools . Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels. Experience working in agile/scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Exposure to frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Experience in data architecture or API gateway integration is desirable.
