Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Technical Manager for overseeing engineering projects, managing developers and ensuring the successful delivery of products and solutions Job Description: Extensive experience in software development, including proven hands-on coding and design, proven experience as a Technical Architect In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks and technologies. Strong understanding of cloud computing, micro services architecture, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and database systems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically Roles & Responsibilities: Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications & guidelines and maintain the artifacts reflecting the evolving system architecture and design Translate clients requirements into technical specifications and guide the development teams to create robust and scalable systems Ensure technical solutions and strategies are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve existing technical solutions
