MSD CRM Architect Job purpose: As a D365 CRM Technical Architect, you will possess deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) as well as integration. Your client responsibilities: - Work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture. - Be involved in the analysis and design phases of a project. - Collaborate with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate them into solutions. - Execute and participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM. - Utilize deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM applications. - Develop CRM Applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions. - Ensure that the design is in line with the business requirements. - Work cooperatively in a team environment. - Remain flexible with changing workloads. Your people responsibilities: - Build a quality culture. - Foster teamwork and lead by example. - Provide training and mentoring to project resources. - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Key skills: - Minimum 14+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience is a must. - Hands-on development experience in writing plugins is essential. - Experience in working on large transformation programs in an onshore-offshore delivery model. - Client-facing engagement experience. - End-to-end implementation experience with integration. - Design and coding experience in skills such as Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM. - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration, and build processes. - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience. Preferred skills: - CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins, etc.). - D365 CRM Certified.
