Technical Architect Delivery Sr. Analyst

Job Summary

The Technical Architect supports the Accenture Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, complete integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on tools and processes.
• Possess deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test courses for optimal user experience.
• Upskill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. Learn new tools as introduced and share knowledge with other team members.
• Conduct R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to provide solutions as per requirements.
• Report status of assigned work/tasks to internal/external stakeholders.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

• Experience in a small team developing web/app-based solutions using common development languages/authoring tools.
• In-depth understanding of authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, Flow 2, GOMO.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML.
• Experience developing content for mobile platforms or developing mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
• Experience in software quality assurance practices to validate developed solutions and in creating detailed software documentation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent assignments while meeting timelines and commitments.
• Familiarity/expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Require, Angular, jQuery, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Power Platform and SharePoint related technology.
• Knowledge of automations within the learning domain.

Qualifications

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.

• Work Experience:

  7+ years of experience, preferably in the learning industry.
