The Wadhwani Foundation (WF) is developing a Hyperlocal Placement Solution to drive fulfillment of in-demand, mid-skill entry-level roles in targeted ecosystems within India. Utilizing both Predictive and Generative AI, the Solution aims to expedite employer demand fulfillment, assist skilling institutions in aligning their offerings with local demand, and empower candidates to pursue family-wage supporting careers. The Hyperlocal Placement Solution will be integrated into WFs GenieAI platform, a state-of-the-art, mobile-first jobs platform emphasizing job creation and fulfillment. It will enhance GenieAIs existing AI-driven job fulfillment features for candidates, such as career advisory support, skilling content, and interview preparation practice, while engaging local employers and skilling institutions in the job fulfillment process. WF provides all programmatic interventions free of charge. The initial implementation of the Hyperlocal Placement Solution will focus on India, with plans to extend this service to other emerging economies in the future. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the Hyperlocal Placement Solution. The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for creating engaging user experiences for employers, skilling institutions, and candidates, emphasizing effective job placements. Collaboration with senior leaders, the Product team, and members of the Content, Go-To-Market, Product, Engineering, and Design teams will be essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct Need and Opportunity Analysis: Analyze the requirements of employers, skilling institutions, and candidates to shape market requirements. - Develop Product and Process Requirements: Formulate product requirements definitions and supplementary process documentation. - Drive Product Launch: Oversee the development and launch of crucial product features. Test these features in Beta with strategic partners, refine them based on feedback, and ensure a successful production launch. - Drive Product Enhancement Based on Market Data: Continuously gather user feedback and identify enhancements for subsequent build cycles based on stakeholder feedback. **Skills & Experience:** - 6 years of experience as a Product Manager. - Ideally 3 years as a Product Manager for a job placement or recruiting product. - Ideally 2 years as a Product Manager integrating Predictive AI and Generative AI into product features. - Demonstrated success as a full product owner leading product development across the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to adoption. - Proficiency in market research, defining user roles and journeys, and product requirements. - Experience in collaborating with UX designers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders for successful product development. - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with executives and partners. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup environment with tight deadlines. **Location:** New Delhi, India,

Role & responsibilities An overall experience of 15 to 18 years in architecting, designing, and building platforms and solutions in multiple technologies. Will are looking for a Presales Solution Architect (BFSI) on the Application side . Experience in Java, frontend, mobile, integration, and security is required Applications with Tech Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, and Multi-tech is preferred Should have good Managerial, Leadership, and presentation skills Architecture and Design experience in cloud native microservices applications. Ideally, you'll also have: - Project management skills. - Exposure to tools like Power Bi, Alteryx, etc. - Experience working with leading PE clients.
