Providing technical leadership and guidance to software development teams Designing and developing software solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software solutions meet customer needs Conducting technology research and evaluation to identify new technologies and solutions that can improve software development processes Developing and maintaining software architecture and design documentation Providing technical mentorship to junior software developers Ensuring that software solutions are developed with high levels of quality, performance, and security Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including project managers and customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
