Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define and drive architectural standards, coding best practices, and design patterns across Java, React, Node.js, and Python services.
• Lead solution design for high-availability, cloud-native applications (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
• Conduct technical reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.

• Delivery & Execution

• Plan, prioritize, and deliver roadmaps using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Own sprint outcomes, release quality, and production reliability (SLAs, SLOs, incident response).
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security to ensure smooth, predictable releases.

• Team Management & Coaching

• Manage and mentor engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), build career paths, and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Recruit top talent, onboard effectively, and drive continuous learning.

• Quality, Security & Compliance

• Implement CI/CD, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and code quality gates.
• Enforce secure coding practices, data protection standards, and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).

• Stakeholder Management

• Translate business needs into technical plans, manage trade-offs, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment on architecture and delivery milestones.

Education

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
