About the Role:

AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies to inform proposal content.
• Provide input on feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements for proposed AI solutions.
• Support the creation of case studies, proof-of-concept outlines, and technical documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or consulting.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.
• Experience with proposal writing or pre-sales support is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with proposal management tools or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
