Position: Technical Analyst- Biomass Power Plants

Job Location:

Haryana (Kaithal)

Rajasthan (Mandrella, Sardarshahar, Chattargarh, Jasrasar, Bhadra)

Role & responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, consolidate, analyse, and interpret data related to plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

2. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with on-ground operations and maintenance teams to develop strategies for optimizing plant performance.

3. Root Cause Analysis:

• Follow up, coordinate and ensure root cause analysis for equipment failures and operational issues.
• To consolidate data, analyse and prepare report for onward submission related with different plant breakdown/failures.
• Provide recommendations and follow up for corrective and preventive actions to plant enhance reliability.

4. Predictive Maintenance:

• To follow up and ensure implementation of predictive maintenance strategies based on data analysis to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule maintenance activities effectively.

5. Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall plant performance.

6. Aux Power efficiency:

• To coordinate and collect data related with different equipment and analyse the.
• Elaborate opportunities to reduce Aux power consumption and further improvements.

7. Statutory compliances:

• To coordinate and to keep record of all the statutory compliance requirements
• To generate alerts regarding the compliance as and when required.

8. Safety Systems:

• To coordinate and ensure implementation of safety systems across the plants, as per management guidelines.

BOE certification is a Plus
