Technical Analyst Lead

Job Purpose

• As the Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end to end, feasibility, prioritization, initiation, execution, and closure for all project work related to the program.
• Responsible for program management of Cloud Native & Mobile Banking projects in an Agile way
• Responsible for providing any required program management artifacts for Mobile app development project
• Responsible for vendor management through onboarding and ongoing management. Prepare detailed project plans, project charters, testing plans among others
• Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program
• Experienced on either Assets, Liabilities, cards or Payments
• Required to handle complex solution designing, integration, co-ordination, and support between Mobile applications & banking portals and Core systems like Finone, Flexcube, Base24, Vision plus and core products
• Proficient in AWS or GCP or AZURE Cloud Resources, cost optimization, capacity management, infrastructure management activities. Cross platform integrations will be plus.
• Should be experienced on Performance optimization processes for cloud native applications

Job Responsibilities

• Proven experience in setting up and managing engineering teams, preferably in the digital and financial services industry.
• Experience in Mobile application development (Swift, Kotlin), web and mobile application performance testing with would be required.
• A very good understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, API gateway, SOA would be required.
• Knowledge domain of either assets, liabilities, cards or payments.
• Strong expertise in architecting and implementing digital and mobility assets and platforms, with a with a focus on front-end development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile transformations within development teams.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, tools, and technologies, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
