Job Title: Technical Analyst - EH&S Enablon

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hybrid

Work Timings: IST

Role Description:

• Enablon solution will support internal and external reporting of EHS performance and sustainability data and greenhouse gas emissions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, streamlines incident reporting, root cause analysis, audits & inspections, and safeguards employee and operational safety - non-cost process management (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Risk).

The resource will be responsible for the following:

• Participate in the planning, design, execution, testing and delivery of software releases, ensuring the smooth deployment of products and services using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Participating in cross-functionals teams including business subject matter experts, technical experts and compliance teams for project execution.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvements.
• Drive identification and documentation of requirements across business functions and document business systems processes through evaluation of current state and desired future state processes
• Defect resolution.
• Prepare necessary documentation, release notes, and communication materials for each release
• Support Validation deliverables, testing execution, and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation

Required Skills:

• COTS vendor software skills with EnablOn Builder Toolset
• Good understanding of EHS Domain and its IT applications - Enterprise facilities & operational EHS Management Systems
• Experience with Enablon software: proven working experience with the application EnablOn and the associated application builder/configuration engine.
• Techno-functional knowledge to facilitate application configuration
• Enablon Builder (or above) Certification is required
• Experience and skills with requirements gathering, configuration, Test script, dashboarding, and report building of Enablon software applications to manage Quality, H&S, Environment and Risk
• Good understanding of relational databases, software development and web applications.
• SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS skills may be requried.
• Experience with populating and loading Enablon templates with environmental permits and regulation

• Enablon Builder (or above) Certification is required
