Technical Analyst

Role Overview: Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team in Baroda, Gujarat. As part of Altera Digital Health, you will play a key role in driving a new era of healthcare technology, elevating care delivery, and inspiring healthier communities across the globe. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency with Interface or data conversion development and implementation tools - Negotiate specifications and plans with customers/vendors - Install software and interface definitions on customer servers - Create and test plan templates to ensure functionality meets customer needs - Provide interface and workflow solutions within custom request procedures - Develop, deploy, and test configuration release packages based on customer requirements - Assist in parameterization and configuration for functionality delivery - Provide technical assistance to other departments related to interface development and installation - Provide 3rd level interface support - Deliver hardware and system software technology using standard procedures - Provide technical support during implementation delivery process - Advise clients on testing strategy and planning for successful solution implementation - Install all software required for Altera solutions - Implement Altera solutions and 3rd party products following a detailed project plan - Develop technical documentation for efficiency and support department education - Train Customers and Altera Staff on expertise areas Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of training and work experience - 1-2 years or more of experience in related responsibilities - Willingness to work in any shifts - Excellent communication skills - Excellent technical capabilities with ability to configure and troubleshoot complex systems - Creative thinker with problem-solving approach - Strong analytical abilities - Proficiency in data modeling and writing SQL queries - Knowledge of code\scripting languages - Deep understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7, CCDAs, XML, SNOMED, LOINC, ICD, etc.,
