TA JD is as follows: Key technical skills: 1. Full stack Microsoft developer (.Net Angular Azure) 2. An understanding of Azure DevOps (Azure Boards Azure Pipelines Git) + code branching code management etc. 3. Some junior .NET architect may be suitable for this role who can understand business requirement and can write technical user stories Other key skills: 1. Ability to understand business context work with the business to determine detailed business requirements 2. Experience of producing detailed technical work-items to support on and offshore development teams 3. Ability to multi-task / context switch (working on many different items on a given day) 4. Proactive motivated and with an ability to work things out and get things done (with limited documentation) 5. Experience of agile development (ideally Kanban but any agile experience relevant) 6. Ability to work closely with teams of developers remotely and drive development 7. Strong communication skills ability to articulate requirements 8.
