Role Overview

Technical Architect

They will ensure seamless API orchestration, robust security, and end-to-end scalability for Salesforce integrations and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design

• Design the overall Salesforce integration architecture using Azure APIM and Middleware components.
• Define API governance, versioning, rate-limiting, and key management policies.
• Create architecture blueprints, API specifications, and integration patterns.
• Define standards for request/response transformation, caching, and token management.

• Integration & Middleware

• Architect middleware services for Salesforce API consumption, transformation, and orchestration.
• Design serverless workflows for data synchronization, file upload, and evidence processing.
• Ensure reusability and scalability across all API endpoints exposed through APIM.

• Security & Compliance

• Implement

  OAuth 2.0 authentication

  via

  Azure Entra ID

  and Salesforce Connected Apps.
• Define and enforce data protection and security policies aligned with organizational compliance standards.
• Set up secret management and key rotation practices.

• DevOps & Delivery

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce API deployment and middleware configuration.
• Review performance metrics, monitor API consumption, and enforce operational SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership to development and QA teams across the delivery lifecycle.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Salesforce product owners, technical leads, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead solution walkthroughs and technical validation sessions.
• Support UAT, Go-Live readiness, and knowledge transfer sessions.
