Job Description

As a Technical Admin at our Property and Asset Management site in the city, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of all technical services during your shift. You will oversee the maintenance of technical assets in the building, manage the engineering team, and collaborate with the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to address technical issues with clients and occupants. Your key tasks will include managing electromechanical and utilities services with the help of the technician team, implementing planned preventive maintenance, conducting regular site inspections, reviewing the work of subordinate staff, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. Additionally, you will be in charge of hiring, training, and developing shift engineers and maintenance staff, formulating budget controls, monitoring SLAs & KPIs, maintaining service level agreements, overseeing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring attendance sign-offs and cost sheet submissions, and scheduling vendor meetings for corrective actions. You will also be responsible for energy conservation planning, preparing monthly readings with occupants, maintaining equipment history cards, attending to major complaints, ensuring work permits and safe practices, conducting risk assessments, creating action plans, participating in evacuation drills, and maintaining engineering reports. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry. Candidates with residential experience will be preferred for residential sites. You will collaborate closely with the operations team and report to the Property Manager/Technical Manager.
