Recruiter – Technology Contract Staffing (2–8 Years)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Full-Time | Contract Hiring Focus Experience: 2 to 8 Years About the RoleThis position is central to our contract staffing operations. You will be tasked with identifying, engaging, and onboarding senior technology professionals for contract roles with prominent clients. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role that requires strong sales abilities, strategic thinking, and impeccable execution.Key Responsibilities

To decipher intricate technical requirements, providing high-quality profiles with minimal guidance.
To utilize Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter with precision and speed, much like a skilled marksman.
To present contract opportunities to experienced technology professionals with both clarity and confidence.
To manage the complete recruitment process, from the initial sourcing of candidates through to their onboarding.
To stay informed about market trends, candidate behavior, and hiring practices to refine and improve strategies.
To work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure mutual understanding of expectations.
To maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, particularly during times of significant importance.

What You Bring

2–8 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract hiring preferred)
Strong selling and influencing skills — you know how to close top talent
Self-motivation and ownership — you take initiative and drive outcomes
Ability to grasp the crux of a role quickly and act with urgency
Excellent observation and judgment — you spot red flags and hidden gems
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
A bias for action, and a hunger to make things happen
