Job Description

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to the Operator. Your key responsibilities will include: - Checking emails and responding with appropriate messages. - Diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently. - Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary. - Training users on new software features and options. - Working in a shift roster. The qualifications required for this role are: - 0-1 year of experience. - Any undergraduate degree. - Proficiency in English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu languages. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess the following skills: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Customer service orientation. - Effective time management and multitasking abilities. - Willingness to work in shifts.
