Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets related to Active Directory.Prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.Document incident resolution steps and knowledge base articles.Problem Management:Identify and analyze recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.Implement preventive measures to minimize system downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.User Account Management:Create, modify, and delete user accounts.Reset passwords and unlock accounts.Manage user permissions and access rights.Group Policy Management:Create, modify, and deploy Group Policies to enforce security settings and software configurations.Troubleshoot Group Policy-related issues, such as slow logon times and policy failures.Active Directory Administration:Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and security audits.Monitor Active Directory performance and identify potential issues.Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues, such as replication problems and domain controller failures.
