Tech Strategy & Advisory - Security Strategy, GRC & ESA - Consultant

As an Enterprise Security and Architecture Advisor at Accenture, you will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to shaping security strategies, designing future-ready architectures, and assisting clients in building trusted, resilient digital enterprises. You will play a key role in helping organizations integrate governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise security into their business transformation journeys. Joining the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, co-create innovative solutions, and contribute to a culture committed to accelerating equality for all. **Key Responsibilities:** - Shape enterprise security architecture strategies and value propositions to engage in impactful discussions with CISOs, enterprise architects, and senior leadership. - Demonstrate strong analytical and consulting skills to assess architectural maturity, identify gaps in governance, security design, and compliance alignment. - Utilize in-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security design frameworks, and governance models. - Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations, and define plans to scale implementations across multiple technology domains. - Maximize subject matter expertise on security-led projects and play a key role in pitches involving data-based RFP responses. - Contribute to presenting security strategy to clients and develop client maturity in the use of data within various domains. - Demonstrate the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. - Apply knowledge of key value drivers of a business and understand how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement. **Qualifications Required:** - An MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred. - Prior experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Security Architecture aligned with business objectives, leveraging frameworks such as SABSA, TOGAF, and NIST. - Ability to translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable architecture blueprints covering infrastructure, applications, cloud, and emerging technologies. - Experience in developing architecture principles, reference models, and security patterns to ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Business Leaders) to align ESA with enterprise strategy, risk appetite, and digital transformation goals. - Working knowledge of complementary areas such as Cybersecurity Strategy, Governance, and Risk Management to drive holistic security programs. - Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as TOGAF, SABSA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, and industry-specific regulations. - Practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Life Sciences, Energy, and Industrial/Manufacturing. - Certifications such as TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.,
