Tech Sales Consultant

As a Tech Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing Inbound Technical Support for US Shift. Your role will involve: - Taking inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable plan to the customer - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers - Utilizing your experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year - Demonstrating the ability to independently close calls - Showcasing strong convincing and sales skills - Proficiency in handling BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Troubleshooting various technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Qualifications required for this position: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Proven track record of closing calls independently - Strong convincing and sales abilities - Familiarity with handling BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad If you join our team, you can expect: - Fixed Salary of Rs.15,000-22,000/month on the 1st of every month - Lucrative incentives on a daily and monthly basis - Additional spot incentives - No extension of shift timings - Medical benefits - 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves - 6 working days in a week Your point of contact for this opportunity is Priyanka (HR) at 9804149788.
