As an Inbound Technical Support Process Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be a crucial part of the team responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to offshore consumers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing technical problems accurately and recommending effective solutions - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers to enhance their experience To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Ability to independently handle and close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills to effectively promote support plans and software - Knowledge of blue screen errors and pop-up calls - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad The salary range for this position is Rs. 15,000 - 22,000 per month (fixed) with the opportunity for huge incentives. You will be working in a US Shift for 6 days a week.
