Tech & Operations Coordinator in Mumbai

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Tech & Operations Coordinator to support the deployment and maintenance of our LED display systems. This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who is eager to gain real-world experience in operations, logistics, and basic AV technology. You will work closely with our technical team to coordinate deliveries, assist with installations, and ensure smooth operation of LED displays across various locations. Your ability to communicate, stay organized, and troubleshoot minor issues will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for LED display deliveries, installations, and pickups. Assist in on-site installations by supporting technicians with setup and basic configuration. Explain basic operations of the LED displays to end users (turning on/off, input switching, brightness control, etc.). Schedule and track maintenance or repair services when required. Maintain records of inventory, deployments, service calls, and equipment status. Respond to simple user queries or escalate technical issues as needed. Document installation procedures and create simple user guides when required.
