Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process of our SaaS product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have a smooth and successful transition, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • s:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and suppor
  • t.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the features, functionality, and best practices of our SaaS produc
  • t.Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored recommendations and solution
  • s.Guide customers through the implementation and configuration of our SaaS product, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experienc
  • e.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution or escalate to the appropriate teams when necessar
  • y.Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base article
  • s.Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements, and industry trend
  • s.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experienc


e.Qualificati

  • ns:Previous experience as a tech onboarding specialist or in a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferr
  • ed.Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory – both written and verb
  • al.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audienc
  • es.Strong convincing skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and address any concerns or objectio
  • ns.Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experien
  • ce.Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environme
  • nt.Technical proficiency and a solid understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based technologi

  • ls.Proficient in using productivity tools, CRM software, and collaboration platfor
  • ms.Flexibility to work the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) to align with the needs of our US-based custome
