Key understanding of all modules in Manufacturing Finance, Interfaces, and integration support
Demonstrate experience in previous FI/CO roll outs and implementationsTrack record in successful technical development, solution design, Programme and product delivery and service managementExperience as a Technical AnalystExcellent relationship management and communication skillsDeep content knowledge of respective functional areas (business operating models, processes & products) Understanding of Agile Software Development, experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFE desirable but not necessary fir the role
Understanding of and fit with GSK Values and Expectations
Expert in SAP configuration preferably with SAP certification in respective areas of expertiseTypically, 3 end-to-end market/site implementation project lifecyclesDesign, build, test and supportPractical experience of global design and SAP solutions in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment not necessary- desirable
Planning and delivering of their own work are required, must be capable of following a detailed plan and reporting metrics, achievements and resolving impedimentsWorking hours: UK working hour
