Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Design & Strategy: Develop scalable architecture solutions for telecom systems and databases. Define technical standards, tools, and frameworks for projects. 2. Customer Point of Contact (PoC): Act as the primary liaison for customers on wireless KPI reporting and analysis. Gather requirements, clarify deliverables, and provide regular updates on progress. 3. Wireless KPI Reports: Develop, review, and maintain detailed reports on telecom wireless performance indicators like call setup success rate (CSSR), drop calls, throughput, and latency. Conduct deep dives into KPIs to identify issues and propose optimization strategies. 4. Call Flow Expertise: Analyze and optimize end to end call flows (e.g., voice, SMS, data). Identify issues in signaling, handovers, and other stages of call processing. 5. Attach Procedure Expertise: Thorough understanding of LTE/5G attach procedures. 6. Database Expertise: Design and maintain relational/non relational databases for KPI and call data storage. Perform query optimization, data modeling, and integration for telecom related datasets. 7. Solutions to Data Engineering Issues: Develop ETL pipelines to process and aggregate telecom data efficiently. Provide solutions for big data challenges, ensuring low latency and high throughput. Resolve issues related to data ingestion, processing, and storage in distributed systems. 8. Collaboration and Mentoring: Work closely with cross functional teams like RF engineers, data analysts, and developers. Mentor junior team members on telecom protocols, data systems, and architecture best practices.
