As a skilled and proactive Tech Manager, your role will involve leading the frontend and backend development teams. This position requires a balance of hands-on programming skills and strong team management capabilities. You should have a deep understanding of web and backend technologies, a passion for driving projects from concept to completion, and the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse tech team. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor frontend and backend development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards. - Project Oversight: Oversee development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high performance, and code quality. - Technical Collaboration: Work closely with both frontend and backend developers to troubleshoot, guide architecture decisions, and integrate components effectively. - Hands-On Development: Contribute to codebases when necessary, providing technical guidance and reviewing code to maintain high standards. - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clients to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. - Process Optimization: Implement best practices in agile development, code reviews, and version control to streamline team workflows and improve productivity. - Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in programming, tools, and technologies to help drive continuous improvement in development processes. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in technology, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. - Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Express). - Proven experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. - Experience with DevOps practices and open-source contributions.
